Habitually poor posture is a slippery slope for our overall health.
Suboptimal posture constricts our musculoskeletal system, resulting in strain and pain in the neck, back, shoulder, and other joints, and sometimes injuries of the discs and even nerve damage. Poor posture also causes inefficient oxygen exchange, fatigue, and sluggish digestion and compresses our vital organs.
Good news: The daily regular movement practice presented in this course will help to lift you up! Specific movement sequences will replicate normal baby development, a natural formula for success. You will find strategies to strengthen the critical postural muscles, stand tall and carry your head up.
