Each 90-minute session includes: 

  1. A selected Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lesson (ATM).

  2. Foundational theory to help you understand your anatomy and the rationale behind the practiced movements.

  3. Valuable and practical tips.

  4. Do’s and don’ts for healthy posture.

  5. 10- to 15-minute homework recordings to do in between sessions. 

  6. Lifetime access to the entire course!

This course is for those who:

Suffer from neck, shoulder, or back pain.

Have repetitive stress injuries like tendinitis, carpal tunnel, or elbow, wrist, or hand troubles.

Dislike their posture.
