What People Are Saying:

Excellent. The classes, especially the last class helped me to understand various holding patterns affection different movements in my ankles.

I have incorporated many of the exercises into my daily routine. Prior to the course, I had difficulty feeling my toes. Much of that feeling has come back.

Marek's introductory anatomy lesson provided excellent information to clarify and enhance the somatic/sensory experience of the ATM. His pacing was great for me and his commentary kept me interested. As a Feldenkrais practitioner who has done this lesson many times before, I appreciated his skill, and he made the material feel new again.

I am very thankful for this new ways to get better known to my body. And even in my Job I can use same movements of the lessons, thank you ;)

I believe Marek Wyszynski's extraordinary (and usually unspoken) fluency in anatomy and physiology facilitate his lucid teaching of self awareness, self-correction and efficiency of movement — the Feldenkrais technique.
