From The Ground Up, The Feldenkrais® Way

Join us online for the thrilling practice of self-mastery! You will learn how essential your feet and ankles are to your posture and movement quality.

Our feet are truly unsung heroes. In a year, we take, on average, 2.5 million steps. That’s 75 000 miles traveled on foot in our lifetime!  With all that wear and tear, no wonder they often get tired and hurt. They are also prone to arthritis, bunions, problems with arches, neuromas, sprains or tendonitis.

Study with Marek and learn how to use your hardworking feet with greater intelligence, flexibility, and efficiency to prevent or manage these difficulties. You will discover and improve:

  • Weight-bearing and propulsive function

  • Coordination of feet with the rest of your body

  • Agility and power from the ground up

What People Are Saying:

Fine class. Teacher is sincere, methodical, patient and caring. He shares his depth of knowledge through diagrams, all the slow explorations, and his engaging question and answer periods at the end. During those periods he talks to his participants answering their questions at the levels of complexity that they can understand and never makes them feel foolish.

Thank you for a Wonderful experience these past few weeks! Starting the lessons with the skeleton explanations was great; the specificity and gentleness of the movements is greatly appreciated; noticing the changes after the lessons was so informative and felt so good, so free; the homework between classes was very valuable.

I believe Marek Wyszynski's extraordinary (and usually unspoken) fluency in anatomy and physiology facilitate his lucid teaching of self awareness, self-correction and efficiency of movement — the Feldenkrais technique.
